Posting things out of order, but will actually start from our first day's shoot on my next upload and work through the week. This is one of the images from our 5th day of travel and photography, spent exploring the Fall color and waterfalls of the upper peninsula of Michigan and northern Wisconsin. This is from the Hiawatha National Forest. There was a misty drizzle going on for most this day, creating a haze that made things a bit challenging.
A small stream feeds into the main flow of Wagner Falls.
A pleasant surprise as we followed our GPS's suggested route to the next location, found us driving right by Canyon Falls state park, where we spent hours exploring and photographing on our last trip. Since it was unexpected, we spent only a short time near the top of the falls, exploring the river, which was much higher than it was on our last trip.
